Contract Services

The Contract Services section is responsible for the development, soliciting, negotiating, and administering of human services contracts for the County of Orange Social Services Agency. Contract Services currently administers over 300 financial and non-financial agreements. Our human services contracts include Adult Services, Auditing Services, Children and Family Services, Drug Testing Services, Elder Abuse Services, Family Resource Centers, Foster Family Agencies, Group Homes, Independent Living Program Services for Youth, Refugee Employment Services, Sign Language Interpretation Services, Vocational Assessment Services, Welfare to Work Case Management, Job Services, and Employment Support Services; and Wraparound Services. Contract providers include both non-profit and for-profit organizations, other governmental entities, and educational institutions.
