Adult Protective Services (APS) at 800-451-5155 (24-Hour Hotline)
- If you suspect that an elder or dependent adult is the victim of abuse, call 800-451-5155.
APS is directed at preventing or remedying neglect, abuse or exploitation of elder adults (65 or older) and dependent adults (physically or mentally impaired 18-64 year olds) who are unable to protect their own interests. Please click here for more information about APS.
In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) at 714-825-3000 (Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Multi-Purpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) at 714-825-3000 (Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
