Welcome to the County of Orange Social Services Agency Multi-Purpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) web site.  MSSP provides social and health case management services designed to provide cost effective ways of delaying institutionalization of elderly adults.  Case Managers provide access to needed services and ensure the coordinated delivery of these services.
