Finding a Care Provider

Welcome to the Orange County In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority Web site.  The County of Orange Board of Supervisors with the establishment of an Ordinance on February 5, 2002, created the Orange County In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Public Authority. The Public Authority's general functions are to establish a Registry of IHSS Providers for IHSS Consumers, conduct recruitment and screening of Providers, and facilitate training for both IHSS Consumers and Providers.
